The Crispiest Baked Potatoes

As entrée, as a side dish, or why not, even as the main course. These baked potatoes go well with every meal.

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 800 g of yellow-fleshed potatoes
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 sprig of rosemary
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • coarse salt
  • black pepper

Follow these steps:

Boil a pot of water and salt it.

Wash and rub well the potatoes under flowing water and put them in the pot for 10 minutes. Drain them and let them cool.

Peel them, cut them into regular pieces and transfer them to an ovenproof dish. Season them with five spoons of oil and mix well.

Add the peeled garlic clove, the chopped rosemary and the gross salt. Transfer the pan to a preheated 200 ° oven and cook the potatoes for about 30 minutes in grill mode.

Remove from the oven, add some black pepper and serve the baked potatoes directly from the baking dish.

Fancy hint:

For curious palates, try it with Wild Cubeb pepper or with the Wild Forest one.

For more spicy ones, try it with the Cayenne pepper!
