The perfect juicy main course to amaze your guests!
Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 16 lamb chops
- 250 g of chicken breast
- 60 g of butter or vegetable margarine
- flour q. b.
- 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
- 4 large onions
- 2-3 stalks of white celery
- a medium-sized carrot
- a glass of dry white wine
- 2 olive leaves (optional)
- 3 laurel leaves
- White Pepper
Follow these steps:
Start by preparing all the ingredients for the cooking.
Firstly moisten 2 sheets of parchment paper slightly, then place the lamb chops in the middle and beat it to make it thinner and tender.
Cut the onions horizontally into 4 slices, not too thin. Remove the outer ring and keep it aside. Clean the celery and carrot and cut them into thin strips. Cut the chicken into cubes. Finally flour both sides of the lamb ribs.
Now heat the butter with some olive oil in a large pan and brown the two parts of the ribs, turning it just once only when the cooking side is browned.
Add the onion rings (except the external ones previously discarded), celery and carrot, add the chicken and the olive leaves and the laurel leaves.
Do not mix the ingredients in the pan, leave them as they are. Season with salt and pepper. Add the white wine and continue cooking for 10 minutes minimum.
Heat a dish in the microwave, then put the ribs on it first. Next, the side dish and the chicken.
Place an onion ring on the ribs to garnish if you like (not to be eaten, or you’ll never feel the other flavours).
