Share Chicken Wings is Care

Perfect for movie night, while watching a football match, sharing it with friends during a party or just having it with your family. There are many ways to enjoy this fabulous recipe!

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 24 chicken wings
  • 2 teaspoon salt
  • 3 teaspoons crushed black pepper
  • 3 cloves garlic chopped

Follow these steps:

Preheat oven to 220 Celsius degrees.

Mix salt, garlic and pepper together in a bowl with some olive oil, then cover each chicken wing with the marinade.

Place the wings on a lightly oiled baking sheet and cover again with some drops of olive oil.

Bake for 15 minutes then turn and bake for another 15 minutes, then finish the cook for last 5-10 minutes in grill mode until crispy and cooked through.

Serve and enjoy!

Possibility of seasonings here are countless!

Do you like strong spicy flavours? Try with the Voatsiperifery Pepper or the Selim pepper, or with the Kampot Red Pepper for a more coloured version.

Do you like more exotic flavours – then try with the Assam pepper or any Szechuan pepper (Nepalese Timur or Chinese Szechuan or, best of all, the Japanese Sancho).
